Cleaning Service Information
– Fully insured
– Trained employees
– Payments accepted through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Direct Deposit, Personal Checks, or Credit Card
– Payments are due the day of the service (if you are late paying, the payment goes up $5 a day)
Cleaning Prices
- $25 a room first cleaning
- $20 a room every time after
- $80 minimum per cleaning
What’s Included in Cleanings
- Every room will be dusted top to bottom – corners of walls, floor boards, radiators, windowsills, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.
- All furniture will be vacuumed/wiped down
- Kitchen: appliances and cabinets will be wiped down, countertops, inside microwave and sink
- Bathroom: toilet, shower, vanity, sink
- Windows are not included unless dog nose and handprints – full windows are an extra expense
- All floors will be vacuumed and steam cleaned
- Doors will be wiped down
- Trash emptied
- Organize and tidy up
